Fernando Gaia is a founding partner and is responsible for our São Paulo office. He has deep market knowledge and extensive experience. He works in the tax and corporate law areas, advising domestic and international clients on all areas of business law, with a particular focus on business structuring.

Mr. Gaia works closely with companies from various industries, including information technology, e-commerce, cloud computing and payment systems.

He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and International Fiscal Association (IFA).

Fernando Gaia has been recognized in Tax and in Corporate / M&A areas by Análise Advocacia 500, The Legal 500 Latin America, Leaders League Brasil and Latin Lawyer National.
