Vanessa is a senior associate in the Employment and Labor area at our São Paulo office. With extensive experience of over 14 years’, she works in both advisory and litigation spheres, handling judicial and administrative proceedings, especially in strategic matters. Her expertise encompasses assisting companies in risk management, creating and reviewing profit-sharing or results-based plans, drafting internal policies, monitoring collective negotiations, and internal investigations. Additionally, she holds expertise in issues related to occupational health and safety, as well as civil liability.
