André Alves is a senior manager in the Tax area in our Brasília office. Attorney with more than 8 years of experience, he works in the areas of litigation and consulting, focusing on tax planning operations and corporate restructuring. He frequently participates in the defense of tax notices before courts of appeals, supreme court and CARF.

André advises clients from various sectors of the economy, including Civil Construction, Information Technology and Service Outsourcing.

Member of the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law – IBDT.
