Daniel Gelcer is a senior manager in the Tax Litigation area at our São Paulo office. He has over ten years’ experience and has broad knowledge of tax litigation, with a focus on administrative and judicial litigation at the municipal, state and federal levels. He performs outstanding work before tax appeals boards such as the TIT and CARF.

Mr. Gelcer advises clients from a broad range of industries, particularly food, pharmaceuticals and retail.

Mr. Gelcer teaches the subjects of Federal Taxes, Tax Procedure and General Tax Law at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
