Enrico Luiz P. de O. Soffiatti is a partner at our Curitiba office and focuses his work in Contracts and Transaction Structuring, Contract Litigation, Negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration and Corporate areas.

Enrico is a specialist in Contract Law, Corporate Law, Negotiation and Mediation with over than 20 years’ experience in advising domestic and of multinational companies in Brazil.

He is a specialist in negotiating and reviewing national and international contracts, structuring and implementing corporate reorganizations and consulting on foreign investments in Brazil having advised several foreign groups to start their business in Brazil, implementing their local structure or assisting them in assigning new business partners.

Enrico also advises clients in the negotiation, mediation and arbitration of corporate disputes for private organizations and family businesses, as well as in the negotiation of Collective Labor Agreements, representing employers and workers unions.

Member of the Board of Directors of Brazilian subsidiaries of multinational companies, member of the Advisory Board of the International and Comparative Law Center, Center for American and International Law – Dallas, Texas, USA and Judicial Mediator voluntary of CEJUSC 2nd degree of TJ-PR.
