Fernanda is a senior associate in the Tax area at our Curitiba office. With extensive experience, she focuses her work on Administrative and Judicial Tax Litigation at the municipal, state and federal levels. She has outstanding performance in administrative defenses of assessments involving federal and customs taxes.
She advises clients from various sectors of the economy, including auto parts, home appliances, health care, machinery and equipment companies.
Fernanda is a member of the Maritime, Port and Customs Law Commission of the OAB/PR and consultant member of the Customs Law Special Commission of the National OAB.
