Gustavo Noronha focuses on Tax Consulting, Tax Litigation, International Tax Law, Tax Planning, Customs, Due Diligence, Special Tax Methods and Tax Structuring. He has over 25 years’ experience. He also works in the area of Corporate Law in corporate restructuring and business structuring.

Mr. Noronha advises domestic and international clients from various industries, including petroleum and gas, maritime and services.

Mr. Noronha is president of the Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives (IBEF) in Rio de Janeiro, director of the Brazilian Association of Financial Law (ABDF) and director of the Brazil-Germany Chamber of Commerce (AHK). Gustavo has experience as a professor in the undergraduate and graduate Tax Law classes, with emphasis at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC Rio).
