Henrique Gaede is a founding partner. He is responsible for our Curitiba office. He has over 30 years’ experience as a lawyer and focuses on tax and corporate law issues. He advises clients in corporate restructuring and tax planning and management. He provides companies with a rich view of the law. His clients come from the automotive, food and beverage, lumber, textile, among others.

Mr. Gaede had his academic participation teaching classes in applied Tax Legislation and Tax Planning in undergraduate and graduate programs in finance and MBA programs.

Mr. Gaede is a member of the Consultative Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives (IBEF) in Paraná, where he has served two terms as president by the Seccional Paranaense and by a mandate from the National IBEF. He is also a member of the Paraná State Board of the Brazilian Bar Association, where he chaired the 10th Selection Committee of the Society of Lawyers  and was a member of the Special Committee for Budget and Accounts. Currently, Mr. Gaede is on the Board of the Sectional – Management 2019/2021 – as the Treasury Officer.
