Ludmila Hauer is a senior manager in the Civil area at our Curitiba office. She has over 15 years’ experience in business Law and and focuses on lawsuits related to corporate, contractual, estate, divorce, consumer, transaction nullification, and possessory issues, as well as bankruptcy and reorganization in bankruptcy. She frequently makes oral arguments before appellate and supreme courts.
Ms. Hauer’s main clients include companies from the food services, wood, finance and power industries.
Ludmila Hauer is also a member of the Ethics and Discipline Court of the OAB/PR.
