Raphael Oliveira is a senior associate in the Tax Litigation area at our Curitiba office. He has over 12 years’ experience and serves small, medium and large companies in various industries. He focuses on results and has broad knowledge in risk prevention, challenges to tax infraction notices and the reduction of administrative and judicial liabilities. He performs solid work in administrative and judicial litigation at the municipal, state and federal levels. He prepares legal opinions involving the analysis of transactions with direct and indirect tax implications and potential risks regarding the tax authorities and the courts.
