Renata Sant´Anna is a senior manager in the Tax Consulting area at our Rio de Janeiro office. She has over nine years’ experience and focuses on tax and customs law. She has deep knowledge of the petroleum and natural gas and maritime industries. She advises Brazilian and international companies that include operators (NOC and IOC), equipment suppliers and service providers, transportation companies, shipping support companies and shipyards in a broad range of transactions. She has wide experience in tax and regulatory matters pertinent to the industry, advises clients on structuring and conducting their transactions, negotiates, analyzes and reviews contracts, including affreightment agreements, service agreements, EPC agreements and other relevant agreements, with a focus on the highest tax efficiency for transactions and compliance with the customs rules and the regulations applicable to the industry.

Renata is recognized for her excellent work in Customs Law by Chambers & Partners Global and Chambers & Partners Brazil.
