Sahele Felicio is a senior associate in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions at our São Paulo office. With extensive experience in Contract Law, he works with expertise in foreign investments, contracts, venture capital, operations involving corporate acquisitions and mergers and also has a significant experience in the Innovation area as legal head in a startup in the social-commerce sector.

Sahelê advises clients from different sectors of the economy, with emphasis in retail, agribusiness, food, pharmaceutical, logistics, technology, e-commerce and marketplace.
