Samir Dahi is a senior manager in the Tax Litigation and Consulting area in our Rio de Janeiro office. He has over 12 years’ experience and focuses on administrative litigation at the municipal and state levels. He also represents clients before the Treasury Secretariats and before various administrative appeals boards, including the Rio de Janeiro State Taxpayers’ Board (CC/RJ), the São Paulo State Taxes and Fees Appeals Board (TIT/SP) and the State Tax Administrative Appeals Board (TATE/PE). He provides tax consulting, particularly regarding the ICMS, ISS and IPI taxes.

Mr. Dahi works with companies from various industries, including pharmaceuticals, retail, e-commerce and electric power.

• Graduation degree in Civil, Civil Procedural and Business Laws, Fundação Escola Superior da Defensoria Pública do Estado do Rio de Janeiro - Universidade Veiga de Almeida.
