Social Security
We provide consulting and litigation services concerning companies’ social security and related obligations to their owners, executive officers, employees and service providers. This includes the tax effects of hiring individuals and contracting with companies (social security payments), types of compensation, including preparing and reviewing employee profit and results-sharing programs, as well as preventive and corrective work concerning companies’ tax payments and returns to government agencies, including social security taxes and third-party taxes. We also monitor the criteria for determining employers’ social security payments for on-the-job injuries and illnesses, workplace environmental risk and accessory obligations required by tax authorities. Our work includes legal aspects of the relationship between companies and the government ministries involved with social security payments.
