Thaís Barros is a senior associate in the Tax area at our São Paulo office. With over 8 years’ experience, she focuses in Tax Consultancy on both national and international levels. She has expertise in drafting legal opinions, providing legal counsel, analyzing financial and commercial transactions for the development of tax planning strategies, identifying tax contingencies, overseeing corporate restructuring, and participating in merger and acquisition transactions.

Mrs. Barros advises companies from various industry sectors, including retail, industries, agribusiness, pharmaceutical, technology and advertising.
