Georgios Anastassiadis focuses on tax law, with a particular emphasis on direct taxes (corporate income tax, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, IOF), IFRS, tax treaties, transfer pricing, foreign profits, tax compliance, calculation of tax credits, tax withholdings and the ISS tax. He has over 18 years’ experience in the tax area, and also works in the areas of corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Anastassiadis advises domestic and international companies from various industries, including food processing, communications, retail, services, insurance and manufacturing.

Mr. Anastassiadis is a frequent speaker at forums and associations in Brazil and abroad.
