Jorge Brito is partner in the Tax Litigation area at our São Paulo office. He focuses on litigation concerning tax matters and advises companies on issues ranging from strategic representation in tax audits to the defense of taxpayers at the administrative level and in appellate courts. He has 14 years’ experience and also works in matters involving e-commerce, financial regulation of payment arrangements and technology, including startups.

Mr. Brito represents clients in various industries, including agribusiness, construction, capital goods production/long-term contracts and foreign trade.

Mr. Brito is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT).
