Tania is a senior manager lawyer, focusing her work on the Tax and Customs areas of our São Paulo office. She is dedicated to the areas of Administrative and Judicial Litigation, with emphasis on direct and indirect taxes, tax accounting, ancillary obligations, customs law and international trade. Due to her extensive expertise in these areas, Tania prepares technical consultations and specific opinions. Additionally, part of her responsibilities involves preparing special customs regimes, structuring export and import operations and other customs issues.

She also advises national and international clients, including companies in the financial, industrial, construction, insurance, retail, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, e-commerce, and trading sectors.

Tania is a member of the Brazilian Association of Financial Law (ABDF), the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and active member of the Special Commission of Maritime, Port, and Customs Law of the OAB/SP. She also is the author of several articles in the Customs and Tax field and a speaker at various forums on these topics.
