Veronica is a partner in the Tax area at our São Paulo Office. With 15 years of experience in International Tax, she has an extensive expertise in tax consulting and planning, particularly involving international investments, cross-border operations, transfer pricing, interpretation and application of international treaties, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate reorganizations. Veronica worked as an in-house associate for major players in the telecommunications, technology, and multimedia sectors for 8 years.

Veronica is the author of several international Tax articles, and speaker on the subject at various forums, including IFA Global and ABDF/IFA Brazil.
