Wellington is a senior associate in the Tax and Social Security areas at our Curitiba office. With extensive experience, he is specialized in Administrative and Judicial Tax Litigation at the municipal, state and federal levels, focused on dissolving Tax requirements and reduction of administrative and judicial liabilities, especially in the defense of tax assessment notices and tax executions.
He advises clients from various industries, including metallurgical, automotive, auto parts, oil & gas and cosmetics companies located in South Brazil.
Wellington is a member of the Civil Procedural Law Commission and the Tax Law Commission of the OAB/PR.
