Isabel is a senior manager in the Tax Consulting area at our Rio de Janeiro office. As an attorney, she has 9 years of experience and focuses her work on companies’ commercial analysis of projects and financial operations in order to make tax planning, identifying tax contingencies and opportunities to reduce the tax burden (federal, state and municipal taxes) . Isabel has a strong background in the elaboration of legal opinions, evaluation of the tax impacts arising from current corporate rules, assistance to Legal Residents abroad, transfer pricing, subcapitalization and project analysis for tax incentive eligibility.

Danilo Monteiro advises in the Tax Litigation area at our Curitiba office. He has over 12 years’ experience and works in administrative and judicial litigation at the municipal, state and federal levels. He performs outstanding work before administrative courts, such as the Paraná State Taxpayers’ Council and the Administrative Tax Appeals Board (CARF). He is extremely dedicated to his clients and works intensively to identify opportunities to reduce businesses’ tax burden, including the recovering tax overpayments, managing tax liabilities and representing clients in audits.

Anete Medeiros is the partner responsible for our Brasília office. She has over 17 years’ experience as a lawyer and focuses her practice in our Tax Law area, mainly in tax litigation, and in our Civil Procedure area. She has broad experience before appellate courts in Brasília, as well as before the Administrative Tax Appeals Board, the Federal Regional Appellate Court and the Federal District Court of Justice.
Ms. Medeiros is a tax law and civil procedure professor in Brasília. She is also a frequent lecturer at trade associations and has published various articles in specialized journals, books and magazines.
Vitor Dias works in the Judicial and Administrative Tax Litigation areas at our Belo Horizonte office.
